Hello users & developers. I would like to know did you try to make a webspell to clansphere converter? I saw there is one - from webspell to dzcp, but didn't found it to clansphere. Btw, is it possible to make? |

Well there is a Beta-Version of the "Convert Mod" made by mindcrime. Take a look here: http://trac.csphere.eu/csp/browser/CSP%20Module/mindcrime/mods/convert.zip But i don't know of how it works. So you hve to try it at own risk  If you are interested in more "development Versions", take a look at http://trac.csphere.eu/csp/browser ------------------ --- CLANSPHERE ---

In order to help you, please check the following: - Do you see the module in your System -> Modules und the name "Convert"? - If so, is the module enabled? If there is a green "V", you need to enable the module first. - If so, do you see the module in Administration under the name "Convert"? - If so, can you click on it, do you get a page where it says "Test conversion" at the start? |

Just did that and now it works  thxBut now i ran in to another problem  can't conect from the outside to the DB.is there a way to work around it ??? to load a .sql logfile or so?? thx in advance Bmad |

Oh, you can't get a connection to your Webspell DB server from outside and your ClanSphere runs on a different webserver? Well, you could use phpmyadmin or such a thing to download your webspell db and import it into your clansphere db. When doing that, take care that you export/import using UTF-8. If you have done that, run the convert and if it is successfull you can remove all webspell tables from your clansphere db. |
