Hi there, I need some help to solve a little problem on our clansphere site. We are currently using version 2009.0 RC 3. Some of the authors on our website would like to use tables in there news, but we can't find any functions for this in the implemented BBcode, and when I activate HTML in the news, it doesn't work. We also want to use flags in our news, but the only way we can do it right now is to link to the country flags like . Is there any other possibility to handle this, or do I have to write a new function myself to the news module? Do any of you have any bright ideas to help solve our problem? Thanks in advance! PS: All answer should please be in english, because I don't understand german (Google translate FTW!). Best regards, Patrick Holm Zuletzt editiert von Holm am 19.06.2009 um 14:49 Uhr (1x Editiert)

hi, after enabling HTML in system - options - news, you should be able to use HTML there. then, you can also enable a wysiwyg editor for comfortable writing. greetings duRiel |

you should update to the final version if possible, because it fixes a lot of bugs wysiwyg settings are located in 'system -> options -> abcode'. by default clansphere comes with fckeditor, but tinymce is also available as a module if you're looking for an alternative html should work fine if enabled in 'system -> options -> news' ------------------ ClanSphere - professional clan care starts here |

When I try to create a news with a HTML table, it just show HTML as raw text instead of converting it to HTML. |

We are using PHP version 5.2.5. When I activate FCKeditor through 'system > options > FCKeditor' it says "Succesfully created." but if I enter the site again, it is still inactive. |
