Ich habe auf meiner Suche nach einem guten Bildschirmfoto Programm ein gutes gefunden: http://www.jingproject.com/ Capture Images Snap a picture of anything on your desktop. Record Video Record video of what you do, or what you see. Share Online Instantly uploaded. Share in email, IM, or blogs. Ach ja, das ist natürlich kostenlos für Tutorials oder zur Veranschaulichung ist das perfekt, weil man direkt ein Pfeil, einen Rahmen, Text, oder ein higlightbutton reinmache kann. Danach kann man das bei einem anbieter hochlladen und dann da auf den pc machen: demo:

naja weil das wort "Standard" normalerweise hinter "Zeilen:" kommt, und das textfeld die komplette Breite der spalte einnimmt
