"Security Code is wrong or expired" - I always get this message in new user registration.
Do you know where the problem is?

mods/capcha`s files - is the last ones, from SVN.

which version of clansphere do you use?

a few months ago there was an error about caching in the system/extensions/gd.php
you should updates this file too.

I update all /mods/capcha and gd.php from SVN.
Use last version from download section
